Wellbeing shouldn´t feel like a chore.
After being confronted with grief, panic attacks and a toxic relationship all at once, my wellbeing I thought I had so securely in place,got thrown out the window. I didn’t have the capacity to add more into my life that was supposed to make me feel better.
So I changed the approach to wellbeing. I made a decision to take radical responsibility for my life and my wellbeing but in a way that supported me instead of leaving me even more drained. I moved countries, started fresh and built myself from the ground back up. Now, I help women do the same – without the shame or overwhelm.
It’s simple but effective: real-life routines rooted in mindset, physical health and intentional habits. It gets to be simple and something you actually look forward to. We’ve been so overwhelmed with hundreds of opinions and approaches online but what if we simply get back to the basics?
